Presentation

All the participants are requested to give an oral & poster presentation in English based on their papers. We will provide laptop and other equipment for the presentation. Presenters should get their PPT prepared before the conference. Thinking of those scholars, researchers and professionals related with the conference topics but unable to attend it personally a Virtual Participation mode has been established, with the same peer reviewing and validity than face-to-face ones.

Each presenting must pay nonrefundable registration fee. Only registered and paid papers will be scheduled in the conference program and proceedings. Registration is valid only when the payment is received and processed. Please send all registration files to ISSSMI@126.com before the deadline.

One regular paper contains 4 pages, including the contents, figures, tables and references. If the paper exceeds Four Pages, 50 USD/page or 200 RMB will be charged.

1. Requests for Submissions

A. Language

English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English.

B. Presentation & Publication (Full paper)

Full paper is requested, if you are also considering publishing your paper.

C. Paper structure

Papers should be prepared in the following order:
Introduction: to explain the background work, the practical applications and the nature and purpose of the paper.
Body: to contain the primary message, with clear lines of thought and validation of the techniques described.
Conclusion
Acknowledgements (when appropriate)
**References ** Appendices (when appropriate)
Section headings: should be left justified, with the first letter capitalised and numbered consecutively, starting with the Introduction.
